As a part of our partnership with PwC ColourBrave Charity, mentoring services will be offered to learners undertaking our courses and training. Our learners’ will be matched with a mentor that helps act as a ‘critical friend’ who will encourage and support learners as well as provide honest and candid feedback regarding their progress and development throughout the learners’ training. By offering this service, we can expect that this will help our learners to begin to build and develop their character, increase their confidence and resilience, and raise aspirations for employment and education
